After succeeding in this Court in setting aside the Judgment of the Court of Appeal and dismissing the Respondents’ motion to commit the Appellant for contempt [1] , by a Judgment on Costs dated 12 January 2010, the Court awarded, inter alia , the Appellant costs in this Court against the Respondents to be taxed on an indemnity basis if not agreed.
