2. 案發於2011年7月14日凌晨時分，受害人在馬仔坑公園跑步後離去，期間被人從後箍頸至跪於地上，隨即被拳打頭部及搶去電話，涉案包括第六被告及另外兩名被告。第六被告在會面紀錄中亦承認曾參與襲擊受害人。
