In these proceedings, winding up orders were made against Dianoor International Limited (“DIL”) and Dianoor Jewelcraft Limited (“DJL”) and Checkers Limited (“Checkers”) consequent upon the dismissal of applications for validation orders sought by DIL and DJL to enable them to make payment of the debts owing to the petitioners in each case.
