判刑理由書

----------------

1.喺判刑之前，本席已經小心咁考慮過所有係代被告人講出嘅求情因素喇，咁本席亦都同意就係冇加刑因素嘅。

2.就被定罪嘅不小心駕駛控罪，就係罰款5,000鈫。第二項控罪，罰款2,000鈫，即係總共7,000鈫。
