1.This is not an appeal that lies as of right within the ambit of section 22(1)(a) of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance, Cap 484, nor do we consider this matter to involve any question of great general or public importance. Accordingly, we refuse to exercise our discretion conferred on this Court by section 22(1)(b) of the Ordinance. The application is dismissed. Costs be borne by the applicant.
