These appeals are concerned with aspects of the registration and disciplinary processes under the Medical Registration Ordinance, Cap. 161 (MRO) and raise issues of statutory interpretation of various provisions of that ordinance, as well as issues concerning the fairness of the composition of various bodies engaged in the disciplinary process.
