The following corrections have been made to the Judgment dated 13 November 2012:-

1.   Paragraph 4.5) should read as follow:

4.5) The Wife now appeals and the Husband and the Intervener cross appeal against the judgment (CACV 166/2011). The Husband and the Intervener also lodged appeals against a decision of Saunders J on the costs of the Wife’s application for mareva injunction after trial (CACV 251/2011 and CACV 252/2011).

2.  Paragraphs 42.2) and 42.3):

The word ‘cross’ should appear before the word ‘appeal’ in paragraphs 42.2) and 42.3).
