1.This is an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal. The background to this case, the facts and this court's decision, are fully set out in the Reasons for Judgment given by this court on 10 September of this year. In order for the applicant to have leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal, it is necessary for her appeal to involve questions of great general or public importance.

2.As disclosed in the Reasons for Judgment, no such issues would arise in this case and nothing has been said to us this morning which would indicate that such issues do arise. This application is therefore refused.
