1. 原告人包佳文是Master Company的東主。在1990年「深業—華聯（香港）有限公司」（「深華」）向Master Company申索賠償，後者向「深華」提出反申索。最終，上訴法庭於1999 年6 月22 日判Master Company針對「深華」的反申索勝訴。法庭後來評核「深華」需要賠償Master Company HK$1,055,541、利息及約 HK$1,330,000 的訟費。
