1. The applicant sought leave to appeal against her conviction after trial by Deputy High Court Judge Andrew Chan , as he was then and a jury on 17 January 2012 of 14 counts of fraud, contrary to section 16A of the Theft Ordinance , Cap. 210 and the sentences of imprisonment imposed upon her in consequence, to a total of 7 years and 3 months imprisonment.
