1. 這是一宗十分不幸的案件。不幸之處在於案中涉及的事宜，若雙方可以以坦率、真誠及合理的態度處理，爭議應該早在2005年9月便經已解決。遺憾地，因種種原因，案件至今仍未能審結，其間雙方在案件中均浪費不少時間及資源。
