1. 2011年10月至11月期間，有人以鋒愉集團有限公司（“鋒愉”）的Mark Lim之名義向一俄國燃油公司（Petrocraft S.A.）（“Petrocraft”）的Gotcha先生聲稱會有10,000公噸燃油送交給Petrocraft，並要求Gotcha先生直接付款予“鋒愉”。2011年10月27日，“鋒愉”發出臨時發票，要Petrocraft支付660萬美元，作為10,000公噸燃油的貨款。
