Notice is hereby given that amendments are made to the judgment dated 20 August 2014 as follows:-
1.Page 7, para 15, 4th line, delete the words “3rd and 4th ” and insert the words “1st and 2nd ”;
2.Page 11, para 32, delete the 1st and 2nd lines and the 3rd line up to the word “claimant,”;
3.Page 12, para 32(i), delete the word “$159,916” and insert the words “$160,500 paid into court”;
4.Page 12, para 32(ii), delete the whole paragraph; and
5.Page 12, para 32(ii), insert the words “The remaining of the disputed sum of $33,300 paid into court be released to the 3rd and 4th claimants forthwith”.
