1. The appellant was convicted after a trial which lasted four days, by a magistrate, Mr David Y F Chum, sitting at Eastern Magistrates’ Court. The trial commenced on 24 September 2013 and a sentence of six months’ imprisonment was imposed on 5 February 2014. She now appeals against both conviction and sentence.
