This is the trial of a public interest petition presented by the Securities and Futures Commission ( “ Commission ”) on 26 July 2013 and amended on 15 October 2014 (“ Petition ”) seeking a winding up on the just and equitable ground of China Metal Recycling (Holdings) Limited (“ Company ”).
