1.Paragraph 3 on page 2 is amended to be:

“The applicant and the respondent entered into a tenancy agreement on 1 January 2011, whereby the suit premises were let to the respondent. The term of the tenancy commenced on 1 January 2011 and expired on 31 December 2013.”
