1. This is an application by the appellant CLP for leave to appeal against an order of the tribunal made on 9 April 2015 (“the Costs Order”). The Costs Order varied a costs order nisi made by the tribunal on 24 April 2013 (“Order Nisi ”). The Order Nisi provided that the costs of the appeals be to CLP to be taxed if not agreed with certificate for two counsel.
