In this consolidated action, Mr Tin and Full Pacific Development Limited (“ Full Pacific ”)(collectively “ Ps ”) seek to set aside the costs order in paragraph 2 of the order made by Master Hui dated 24 July 2015 (“ the Order ”) on paragraph 1 of their summons to strike out certain parts of 4 sets of Amended Witness Statements of 4 defence witnesses (“ Ps’ Summons ”). Despite Ps’ partial success in their striking out application, the master made no order as to costs in respect of paragraph 1
