1. This action arose out of a scuffle in the form of a tug of war between two solicitors that happened at the office of Messrs. Christine M. Koo & Yip (“ the Firm ”) on 30 th July 2011. The 2 nd Plaintiff alleges that she was assaulted, or alternatively negligently injured by the Defendant, and in turn, the Defendant alleges that she was assaulted and falsely imprisoned by the 2 nd Plaintiff.
