2. 案中女事主在上水馬會道貨櫃場內居住，其鄰居（即被告）在晚上突然拿著鐵鋸向她要錢，事主說沒有，被告便用鐵鋸劈向事主。事主的女兒們見狀與被告糾纏，被告被制服，其後離開。警方至翌日在被告再出現時拘捕他。
