1. By a judgment dated 28 November 2016, we refused the applicant’s application for leave to appeal against the order of the Acting Chief District Judge Ko dated 16 November 2015. The applicant now applies for leave to appeal against our judgment to the Court of Final Appeal by way of a Notice of Motion dated 12 December 2016.
