1.Page 2, 1^st line of paragraph 3) in Part I:-

should read as

“3) Summons dated 21 April 2017 by the plaintiff for leave to file the 6^th affirmation of Takuya Matsumoto (‘Matsumoto’).”

2.Page 9, 1^st line of paragraph 4.1 in Part IV:-

“4.1. The applicant applies to strike out part of the 3^rd affirmation of Tang.”

should read as:

“4.1. The plaintiff applies to strike out part of the 3^rd affirmation of Tang.”
