1.Page 2, 1st line of paragraph 3) in Part I:-
“3) Summons dated 27 April 2017 by the plaintiff for leave to file the 6th affirmation of Takuya Matsumoto (‘Matsumoto’).”
should read as
“3) Summons dated 21 April 2017 by the plaintiff for leave to file the 6th affirmation of Takuya Matsumoto (‘Matsumoto’).”
2.Page 9, 1st line of paragraph 4.1 in Part IV:-
“4.1. The applicant applies to strike out part of the 3rd affirmation of Tang.”
should read as:
“4.1. The plaintiff applies to strike out part of the 3rd affirmation of Tang.”
