This is a criminal contempt application, pursuant to leave granted on 30 July 2015, by the Secretary for Justice for the committal of the nine respondents in relation to events which took place on 26 November 2014 in the portion of Nathan Road between Argyle Street and Dundas Street in Mong Kok, Kowloon (“the Area”). This case is not about the right or wrong of the “Occupy Movement”.
