1. 上訴人（郭俊廷）在區域法院暫委法官蘇文隆（原審法官）席前承認三項（第一、三及四項）串謀入屋犯法罪後被判處每項罪名監禁20個月，其中第三及第四項控罪的判刑中的兩個月刑期要和第一項控罪的20個月刑期分期執行。上訴人被判處的總刑期是24個月。
