On 17 May 2019, this Tribunal issued its judgment in this enforcement action finding that the 1 st , 2 nd , 4 th and 5 th respondents (ie Nutanix, BT, Innovix and Tech‑21 respectively) had contravened the first conduct rule [1] in the Competition Ordinance (Cap 619) (“ Ordinance ”) and are liable to have orders made against them accordingly (“ Main Judgment ”).
