The action arose out of the agreement for the sale and purchase of a substantial stake of shares in a listed company in Hong Kong now known as Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited (formerly known as Neo-China Land Group (Holdings) Ltd; Stock Code 563; “ Target Company ”).
