On 19 December 2018, Campbell-Moffat J (“the Judge”) refused to grant leave to the applicants and their son (who is a minor) to apply for judicial review against the decision of the Torture Claims Appeal Board / Non-refoulement Claims Petition Office (“the Board”) dated 20 October 2017 dismissing their appeal against the decisions of the Director of Immigration (“the Director”) dated 20 June 2016 and 11 July 2017 refusing their non-refoulement claims.
