Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment of the above cases delivered by the Court of First Instance on 10 December 2021.

1. On page 1, the Chinese name of the plaintiff of HCMP 1484/2019 should read “中策信貸有限公司”.

2. On page 3, the word “1999 Proceedings” on line L, paragraph 1 should be substituted by “2019 Proceedings”.

3. In the table of paragraph 44 on page 22, item (ii) of the outstanding default interest from maturity date up to commencement of 2019 Proceedings (17 September 2019) of the 2^nd Loan Agreement should read “856,524.61 (on outstanding principal and interest but not interest on interest from 2 February 2019 to 17 September 2019)”.
