This is an application by the Plaintiff (“P”) by Summons filed on 2 April 2024 (“Summons”) for disclosure orders under s 21 of the Evidence Ordinance, Cap 8 or Norwich Pharmacal relief against the 1 st Respondent (“R1”), 2 nd Respondent (“R2”) and 3 rd Respondent (“R3”) (collectively, “Rs”). Rs are all banks. The application is supported by an Affidavit of P filed on the same day.
