I have before me an application by Summons dated 17 June 2024 (“the Summons”) by the Plaintiff (“P”) against Hang Seng Bank Limited (“the Bank”) for disclosure of the document set out in the schedule to the Summons pursuant to s 21 of the Evidence Ordinance, Cap 8 (“EO”) and under the court’s jurisdiction to grant Norwich Pharmacal relief.
