1. In this case, the 1 st defendant, Yan Xizhen faced two counts of “Conspiracy to exercise control, direction or influence over another person for the purpose of her prostitution”, contrary to section 130(1)(b), 159A and 159C of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap 200, and also one cant of “Conspiracy to live on earnings of prostitution of others”, contrary to section 137(1), 159A and 159C of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap 200.
