2. About 8:06 a.m. on 15 December 2023, ASgt 7674 (PW3) pressed the doorbell of Room 1, 2 nd Floor, Nos.2Q to 2Z Tung Choi Street, Mongkok ("the Flat"). The defendant opened the door. Upon entry, PW3 revealed his police identity and summonsed his teammates. The defendant claimed to be the person-in-charge of the Flat.
