Before the Court are 2 petitions, both presented by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“ HSBC ”) on 9 May 2024 (“ Petitions ”), for bankruptcy orders against Mr Trevor Gregory (in HCB 3171/2024, “ Mr Gregory ”) and Mr John Victor Bottomley (in HCB 3172/2024, “ Mr Bottomley ”) on the ground that they have failed to comply with statutory demands served in November 2021 and January 2022 respectively.
