These Applicants, D1 and D5 respectively, appeared in the District Court before Judge Wright with seven others to face charges in relation to a number of unauthorized entrants who had been brought into Hong Kong. The Applicants and their co-defendants all pleaded guilty with the exception of D6 against whom no evidence was offered.
