1. The 1st Plaintiff ("Lo Wo"), the 2nd Plaintiff ("Lo Tai") and the 3rd Plaintiff ("Lo Lan") are three sisters. The fourth sister LO YIN or otherwise known as PO LO YIN ("Deceased Sister") died intestate in 1984 in China.
