1. At the conclusion of the hearing we announced that, for reasons to be handed down later, the appeal was dismissed with the result that the Court of Appeal's order for sale, confined to the sale of No. 28 Ming Yuen Western Street, was affirmed. The respondent asked that the orders as to costs made below be affirmed and that it be awarded costs here. That was not resisted by the appellant, and we so ordered.
