1. The Plaintiff, an unemployed goldsmith, aged 38 sustained personal injuries in an accident which occurred on 13 th April 2002, Saturday, at about 5:35 pm at platform no.3 of LoWu Station of the Defendant. He travelled in the first carriage of the train heading for LoWu and when the train arrived at LoWu, huge crowd of people rushed their way to the exit.
