1.The penultimate sentence of paragraph 159 of the Reasons for Decision should read as follows: “But the Plaintiff Purchaser did not make such payment even as at 31^st January 2007.”

2.Paragraph 164(c) of the Reasons for Decision should read as follows: “the Plaintiff do forthwith and not later than 1:00pm on Saturday 3^rd January February 2007 notify DBS ……”
