1. On 29 May 2001 at the construction site of the bus depot building for the Kowloon Motor Bus Co. Ltd (“KMB”) at Hing Wah Street West, Kowloon, Lot No. KX 1992 (“the site”) whilst concreting workers were placing concrete at Level 5 (“L5”) a concrete beam supporting the prefabricated concrete platform from which they were working suddenly collapsed.
