1. I have before me two applications for security for costs in two separate sets of proceedings. There are, in fact, three sets of proceedings that are closely interrelated. The first is HCCW544/2006. In those proceedings, the Petitioner is a company called Power Leader Technology Development Limited and the company that is the subject of those winding-up proceedings is Asia Pacific Biotech Company Limited.
