1. The Plaintiff, a medical doctor since 1 st July 1995 and now in private practice, claimed against the Defendant for damages for personal injury, loss and damages he suffered as a result of a dog-bite incident that happened at about 8:00am on 19 th November 2005 outside the main entrance opposite the Plaintiff’s residence in Tai Po, New Territories (“Site”) that arose out of negligence and/or breach of statutory duties on the part of the Defendant (“Accident”).
