If, therefore, he worked 25 days a month, the money he put there would not exceed $2,500…” should read “…According to the wife, the husband occasionally put cash of not more than $100 into a tin can when he returned home after work. If, therefore, he worked 25 days a month, the money he put there would not exceed $2,500…”. In paragraph 59 on page 33, “It is clear from the above clause that, upon purchasing the former matrimonial home, the husband and the wife as beneficial owners thereof charged the property (one indecipherable character) the mortgagee bank.” should read “It is clear from the above clause that, upon purchasing the former matrimonial home, the husband and the wife as beneficial owners thereof charged the property to the mortgagee bank”.
