Originally, the defendant was charged with seven counts of fraud, two count of theft, three counts of using false instruments and one count of furnishing false particulars to a registration officer in DCCC911/2011. He was found to be involved in another case ESCC3975/2011 and the case was expeditiously brought to the District Court on 2 December.
