The Plaintiff (“ Pratap ”) was employed by the Defendant (" Hang Yue ") to work as a steelworker in its construction site at Lung Hong Street, Lung Kwu Tan, Area 38, New Territories (“ Site ”) since 14 May 2008. Hang Yue was the sub-contractor of the Site to build six large fuel tanks for fuel storage.
