Kindly note the following corrections in the Reasons for Judgment dated 20 January 2012: -

1. Page 7, Paragraph 9(2): “15 months’ imprisonment, six months of which to be served consecutively to the first sentence.” should read as “15 months’ imprisonment, six months of which to be served concurrently with the first sentence.”; and

2. Page 16, Paragraph 18: “He ordered the first sentence to be altered to 12 months and three months of which was to be served consecutively to the second sentence of 18 months.” should read as “He ordered the first sentence to be altered to 12 months and three months of which was to be served consecutively to the second sentence of 15 months.”
