1. The plaintiff (“ Chung ”) and the 1 st defendant (“ Cheung ”) were colleagues under the employ of the 2 nd defendant (“ the Company ”) on 24 January 2007 when Cheung suddenly assaulted Chung in the course of work. This is Chung’s claim for damages for his injuries as a result of the assault.
