Insert the following sentence after the sentence, “I find that the management fee for this exercise ought not to exceed 0.75% of the values of the EFNs and bonds to be acquired.”, appearing on p.83F of the Judgment:

“This conclusion is supported by comparing the 5-year and 7-year rates of return for MPF Hong Kong Dollar Bond, in Table 5.1 (before deducting management fee) and Table 5.1 (after deducting management fee), which shows that the fee charged for this MPF scheme fund was 1.1% which covered not only the cost of management but also custodian charges, and record keeping and administration charges.”
