Please note the following amendments in the Reasons for Decision handed down on 15 August 2013:

(1) On page 6, paragraph 8, line F to G should read “As acknowledged by Mr Lam, counsel for the plaintiffs (who was not present at the ex parte hearing), the ex parte application before Tong J was presented solely as an application for a Mareva injunction”.

(2) On page 26, line M should read “Mr Victor Joffe QC and Mr Adrian Lai, instructed by Li & Partners for the 2^nd defendant”.

(3) On page 27, line B should read “Mr Johnny Mok SC and Mr Alan Kwong, instructed by Anthony Siu & Co for the 11^th defendant”.
