1. In this case, the 1st defendant has pleaded guilty to two offences involving the cultivation of cannabis, contrary to sections 9(1) and (5) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance. He has also admitted offences of possession of forged identity card, a breach of a deportation order and remaining in Hong Kong without permission of the Director of Immigration.
