_________________________ D E C I S I O N _________________________ 1.This is the Defendant’s appeal against the Order of Master Ho dated 7 February 2014 whereby it was ordered that the hearing of the Plaintiff’s Originating Summons dated 6 February 2013 be adjourned to a date to be fixed with 2 hours reserved before Master Ho in chambers, costs reserved. 2.The Defendant appeared in person. He said he was under pressure because two bailiffs were sitting in court. He left the courtroom without making any submissions and did not return. 3.The time is 11:26 am. Since the Defendant has chosen to leave the court before prosecuting his appeal, the appeal is dismissed with costs.
